Return Policy
Online returns may be made within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Packages postmarked after this timeframe may be denied and sent back to you. Please note that the prepaid return label included with your order will expire after the 14-day return window.
To make a return, use the prepaid return label included with your order and packing slip. Securely pack the item, attach the return label, and drop the package off with the listed carrier. If you prefer, you may also bring your packaged return to any Bobbles & Lace store location and our team will send it out for you.
All returns must be received in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and hygienic liners intact. Items showing signs of wear may be denied and returned to you.
Final Sale items cannot be returned. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Once your return is shipped, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process. This timeframe includes transit time for the return to reach us, processing time once it arrives, and the time required for your bank to complete the refund.
